More than 20 years driving digitalisation
I am an automotive enthusiast who experienced as a teenager how Japanese companies seemed unbeatable: Why were they able to do everything better, faster and with fewer mistakes? It was not just a question of machines or organisation, but of culture, of mindset, of how processes were thought from the ground up. That curiosity became a constant: I have been trying for more than 25 years to understand why some organisations work better than others, and how technology can become a real ally for change.
Today I am an engineer, consultant, teacher and lecturer. I accompany teams and organisations on their journey towards continuous improvement, combining process optimisation tools with practical training in digitisation. I like to move between the human and the technical, between reflection and action.

- More than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry in production, quality, quality assurance, project management and as Senior Chief Engineer for Powertrain Systems, specialising in internal combustion engines.
- Consultant in Lean, digital transformation and change management, focused on value generation.
- Academic Director of the MBA and the Optimiza (Lean) and Industry 4.0 programmes at the CEU Business School.
- Lecturer in Lean, Digital Transformation, Marketing and Strategy in executive training programmes.
- Speaker at conferences and congresses on Lean, Digital Transformation, Process Optimisation and Artificial Intelligence.
- Member of the Industry 4.0 Commission and the Logistics and Transport Commission of the Official Association of Industrial Engineers of Madrid.
- Mentor in the CEE Optimisation Project led by the Alex Rivera Foundation.
- Author of books on sustainable mobility and digital transformation, with an informative and technological approach.
